Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, smoked or regular
  • 14 dates pitted
  • 1/8 c. chopped pistachios

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and Salemville® blue cheese. Slice one side of each date in half lengthwise. Cut the corner off a plastic bag and fill with the blue cheese mixture. Pipe the mixture into the dates. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios immediately before serving.
