Chicken Club Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf artisan bread, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, whole
  • 6 tablespoons tomato, diced
  • 3 tablespoons Fontinella® cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons cooked bacon, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. red onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. herbs, chopped

Directions

  1. Chop and dice ingredients and mix in a bowl. Broil slices of your favorite bread on high for about 5 minutes. When the bread comes out, rub a garlic clove over one side. Then top toasted bread with chopped mixture.
