Pear and Blue Cheese Flat Bread

Main Ingredient: Flat breads

Yield: 4 Flat breads 

Ingredients

  • 4 flat breads
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cups of arugula 
  • 8 slices of prosciutto ham, cut in half 
  • 2 seeded and sliced pears 
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts 
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary 
  • 1 cup of Stella® Crumbled Blue Cheese 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°.
  2. Add the flat breads to 2 cookie sheet trays lined with parchment paper and evenly layer on as followed: olive oil, arugula, prosciutto ham slices, pears, pine nuts, rosemary, blue cheese, salt and pepper.

  3. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

  4. Slice and serve.
