Preheat oven to 400 degrees Spread walnuts on baking sheet and toast in oven for 7-10 minutes. Set aside. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper, rosemary and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir well. Add Brussels sprouts and stir to coat. Spread Brussels sprouts in pan and roast for 25 minutes. Remove pan and add blue cheese and walnuts, stir well and return to oven for 6-10 minutes, (until cheese melts!)
