Stella Cheese Wreath

Tis the season for wreaths, and bonus points if yours is delicious and stuffed with your favorite Stella Cheese, too! The only thing better than having an impressive recipe on hand for guests, is having an impressive recipe that is SUPER easy to make.

Ingredients

  • Italian Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • Pre-made Pizza Dough
  • Stella 3-Cheese Italian Blend
  • Stella Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Rosemary, for garnish
  • Marinara Sauce, for dipping

Directions

There aren’t specific measurements for throwing this cheesy bread together, you can use as little or as much as you want to season it to your liking.
  1. First, let your pizza dough come to room temperature, then divide it into 3 strands.
  2. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and bit of salt. Then, sprinkle on the Stella 3-Cheese Italian Blend along with a generous dose of Italian seasoning.
  3. Pinch the tops of each strand together and braid them tightly. Form a circle around a large cookie cutter or oven safe bowl to make sure the center bakes evenly.
  4. Place the dough wreath in the oven on a sheet pan or pizza round and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F. The length of time will vary depending on how thick your dough is, so keep an eye on it until it’s golden brown.
  5. Next, add a few sprigs of rosemary to complete the “bow” on your wreath and serve with your favorite marinara sauce (or cheesy dip to boot!).
