Add the flat breads to 2 cookie sheet trays lined with parchment paper and evenly layer on as followed: olive oil, arugula, prosciutto ham slices, pears, pine nuts, rosemary, blue cheese, salt and pepper.
Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
