Autumn Pear Salad with Maple Vinaigrette


For the Salad:

  • 5oz Shaved Stella® Asiago Cheese
  • 1 pkg mixed greens
  • 3 sliced Bartlett Pears
  • ¼ toasted Walnuts
  • ¼ cup of dried cranberries

Maple Vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Mix all maple vinaigrette ingredients together and shake well.

For the salad, add the lettuce to a large bowl.

Drizzle some of the dressing over the lettuce until lightly coated.

Add the pears, shaved asiago, walnuts and dried cranberries to the top and lightly toss.

Drizzle on extra dressing and top with shaved asiago.
