Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers

Main Ingredients: Italian sausage and bell peppers

Yield: 5 servings


  • 2 seeded and thickly sliced red bell peppers
  • 2 seeded and thickly sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/2 peeled and thickly sliced red onion
  • 2 cups of small button mushrooms
  • 4 large Yukon potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 finely minced cloves of garlic 
  • 2 teaspoons each of finely chopped fresh thyme and rosemary 
  • 5 sweet Italian sausage links 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of Stella® 3-Cheese Blend


Preheat the oven to 425°.

In a large bowl toss together the bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, potatoes, olive oil, garlic, herbs, and salt and pepper until completely combined.

Spread the mixture out onto a cookie sheet tray lined with parchment paper.

Place the sausage links onto the sheet tray and then bake everything at 400° for 18-22 minutes or until the vegetables are browned and the sausage is cooked through.

Garnish with shredded cheese.
